Rishabh Mehrotra is the Co-founder and CEO of Pavo AI, where he works on evaluation and continual improvement for production AI systems. Previously, he was Head of AI at Sourcegraph and a Staff Scientist at Spotify, leading research and production work across AI coding assistants, personalization, recommendations, and experimentation at 400M user scale. Rishabh holds a PhD in Machine Learning from UCL and has authored more than 50 papers and patents, with work published at KDD, NeurIPS, WWW, SIGIR, RecSys, and WSDM.
