Speaker agreement
The terms under which talks are recorded, shared, and promoted.
This agreement is between Hopsworks AB (the "Organizers") and the speaker.
1a. Presentation — logistics
You agree to prepare, present, and discuss your session live online without an honorarium or professional fee from the Organizers. Your session date and time are set by mutual agreement.
1b. Presentation — content
Your content is agreed with the Organizers and should advance the conversation in the field: new tools, new aspects of the feature store, and surrounding technologies in AI. Product pitches are not accepted.
1c. Presentation — presenters
You cannot replace or add another presenter without written consent from the Organizers.
2a. Waiver — presentation
You agree to present at the conference and to adhere to the content and intent of your talk as agreed with the Organizers.
2b. Waiver — material reproduction
You grant the Organizers the rights to post your picture, bio, title, abstract, presentation files, and other submitted content on the event page, the virtual event platform, and in marketing materials (digital and printed) before, during, and after the conference. You also grant the right to discuss content shared during the event on the featurestore.org blog, social media, newsletter, and other channels. Your presentation remains copyrighted by you and/or your employer.
2c. Waiver — recording
You grant the Organizers the rights to transcribe, reproduce, and distribute your session recording in full or in part, provided the original intent and content is not substantially altered.
3. Code of conduct
You agree to follow the community code of conduct to ensure a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion.
4. Acceptance
To accept this agreement and speaking invitation, you acknowledge this document as part of your session submission.
