Speaker agreement
The terms under which talks are recorded, shared, and promoted.
1. Your talk
You'll deliver a pre-recorded talk of roughly 25 minutes on the topic agreed with the programme committee. Live Q&A follows the premiere.
2. Recording & distribution
You grant the Feature Store Summit (hosted by Hopsworks AB) a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, stream, and share your talk — including on youtube.com/@hopsworks, the summit site, and social channels — indefinitely.
3. Your materials
You retain ownership of your slides, voice, and likeness. You confirm that any third-party content used (images, code, data) is properly licensed or attributed.
4. Confidentiality
You're responsible for ensuring nothing in your talk breaches NDAs or your employer's disclosure policies. Get written sign-off from your employer before you submit.
5. No compensation
Speaking slots are not paid. In return, we amplify your work to a global audience of feature store and ML infra engineers.
6. Cancellation
If you need to withdraw, tell us as early as possible — ideally at least 4 weeks before the event. We'll do our best to reschedule, otherwise we'll release the slot.
